Warranty Policy

Limited Warranty

Subject to the terms and conditions below, Siawag, Inc. (“Company”) provides a limited warranty to the original purchaser (“Customer”) of this product (“Product”). The Company guarantees that the Product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the original date of purchase (“Warranty Period”).

If a defect covered under this warranty arises during the Warranty Period, the Customer may return the Product to Siawag for a replacement or repair of the same model. In support of environmental sustainability, the replacement unit may be a refurbished product that meets Siawag’s strict quality and performance standards. Some components may have been previously used. Products replaced under this warranty become the property of Siawag. The Warranty Period is not extended or restarted by a repair or replacement.

If Siawag determines, at its sole discretion, that it is not feasible to repair or replace the Product, the Company may issue a refund equivalent to the original purchase price. This remedy constitutes the sole and exclusive resolution available to the Customer under this warranty, and Siawag’s only obligation for a breach of warranty.

This warranty applies only to manufacturing defects. It does not cover damages or issues resulting from:
(a) normal wear and tear;
(b) misuse, neglect, accidents, improper usage, non-compliance with user instructions, tampering with the serial number, or any customer-caused damage;
(c) loss of functionality due to third-party device software or hardware updates;
(d) damage caused by equipment used in conjunction with the Product;
(e) shipping damage while in transit to Siawag;
(f) circumstances beyond Siawag’s control; or
(g) unauthorized repairs or modifications made by the customer or any third party.

Products purchased directly from Siawag are fully covered under our limited warranty against any manufacturing defects that arise within one (1) year from the date of original purchase. However, product malfunctions due to compatibility issues caused by third-party firmware updates or model changes are not covered under this warranty. For questions related to firmware compatibility, please reach out to Siawag Inc.’s support team for further assistance.

To initiate a warranty claim, the customer must first contact Siawag via the official email address: info@siawag.com to obtain return authorization. The defective product must be returned in its original condition along with valid proof of purchase (e.g., a receipt). The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the product back to Siawag. Once the warranty claim is approved, Siawag will cover the shipping and handling costs for the replacement product at no additional charge. Please note that Siawag is not responsible for any loss or damage to the product during return transit, and assumes no liability for any shipping risks associated with this warranty.

This limited warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser. It does not apply to items that have been previously opened, used, repaired, repackaged, or resealed. Products are intended solely for personal, non-commercial use. Use in commercial or rental settings is not covered, nor is product failure resulting from such usage.

EXCEPT FOR THE EXPRESS WARRANTIES PROVIDED ABOVE AND TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW, THE PRODUCT IS PROVIDED "AS IS." SIAWAG DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. THE COMPANY DOES NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE PRODUCT IS ERROR-FREE OR WILL FUNCTION WITHOUT INTERRUPTION.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL SIAWAG BE LIABLE TO THE CUSTOMER OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES — INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, OR COSTS OF SUBSTITUTE PRODUCTS — REGARDLESS OF THE LEGAL THEORY, EVEN IF SIAWAG HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. IN ANY CASE, SIAWAG’S TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE ORIGINAL PURCHASE PRICE PAID FOR THE PRODUCT.

This limited warranty provides specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights depending on your jurisdiction.

RETURNS TERMS AND CONDITIONS

If a product returned under warranty is determined to be free of defects or issues, the customer may be charged additional fees for inspection, testing, and repackaging.

Products that are out of warranty, lack valid proof of purchase, or are not originally manufactured by Siawag will not be eligible for service. Such items will be returned to the customer at their own expense.

Customers are also responsible for any shipping charges incurred due to refused deliveries or unclaimed packages.
