At Siawag, we’re committed to delivering quality and ensuring your satisfaction. Every item is inspected before shipment, but we understand that returns or exchanges may occasionally be needed. Initial Inspection

Please examine your order upon arrival. To qualify for a return or exchange, items must be in unused, undamaged, original condition and include all original packaging.

Dead on Arrival (DOA) Items

• Notify us within 7 days of receiving your item.
• Ensure all original accessories are returned.
• Missing accessories may result in a deduction.

30-Day Conditional Returns

If the item is free from defects but does not meet your expectations, you may request a partial refund (shipping fees are non-refundable).

If the item is faulty or arrives damaged, please contact our support team. The responsible party will cover the shipping cost.

After 30 Days

We do not accept returns or issue refunds after 30 days from delivery. For further assistance, contact our customer service team.

Defective, Damaged, Mis-shipped, or Lost Items

• Eligible for partial/full refund or free replacement.
• For damaged items, please provide clear images or videos.
  
• If your item is lost, we will either reship (if available) or process a refund.

Returning Defective Items

• Keep all original packaging and shipping labels.
• Email us the tracking number and shipping receipt after mailing.

• You may refuse delivery for visibly damaged parcels.
• To avoid excessive import fees, refrain from using express courier services.
• Include a note inside the return package with: Your order number, Product name or ID, Quantity and a brief explanation of the issue.

• Return address will be provided upon approval.
• Items must be returned promptly, in unused and undamaged condition with all original packaging.
  
• Shipping fees for non-free-shipping items are non-refundable.

• Siawag reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet the criteria or lack approval.
