To ensure your package is delivered smoothly and within the estimated timeframe, please provide an accurate shipping address with all necessary details. Using the correct abbreviations, street number, building or apartment number, and routing information (if applicable) helps prevent delivery delays. We are not responsible for lost, misplaced, or misdelivered packages due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided at the time of purchase.
Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time

All orders require processing before shipment, which is separate from the shipping time by the carrier. Order processing typically takes up to 3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays), but may vary based on order volume and other factors.
Once payment is successfully authorized and verified, standard orders may still require up to 3 business days for processing. This estimated timeframe does not include weekends or holidays.

Please Note: U.S. shipping areas do not include Alaska, Hawaii, overseas military installations, or Puerto Rico.
Delivery Claims
If your package has not been delivered, or if the tracking information shows it was marked as delivered by the carrier but you have not received it, please contact us within 10 days to initiate a claim.
We will assist you in coordinating with the carrier throughout the claims process. Please note that it may take up to 30 days to resolve the claim, depending on the carrier’s policies.
SIAWAG is not liable for packages that the carrier has marked as delivered. We do not offer refunds or store credits for orders that have been confirmed as delivered by the carrier.
Out-of-Stock Items
If your order includes multiple items and one or more are out of stock, we will ship the available items as scheduled and issue a refund for the unavailable items to your original payment method.
